Lily Geaves is a 22 year old session bassist, based in Birmingham, UK. With experience working in over 10 bands so far and a degree in music performance from BIMM University, she is confident and knows her instrument.

 

"I am a passionate bassist, based in the Midlands, with lots of experience playing gigs and doing studio work. As someone who has played with many different artists, I am confident in many styles and versatile within many genres including; metal, rock, indie, RnB, pop, blues and hip-hop. 

I am adaptable and able to learn quickly, at times I have played gigs after only having two days to learn the set. With my unique tone, style and great instrumental knowledge, I am confident with learning written parts and equally as confident improvising within a song.

Through my experiences with live and studio work, I have worked with many different musicians, building my social skills, connections and confidence. I hope to continue making these connections and meeting new people throughout my career."
